Is there a limit on the number of dogs I can have?

No. Although if you have an unusually high number of animals, we’ll reach out to set up different accommodations (kennels require custom plans).

Do I need to be home while the team is at my house?

No. You don’t need to be home for service.

Can my dog be outside while the team is at my house?

No. For safety, we avoid direct interactions with pets. If your dog is outside, we’ll skip the visit, notify you, and reschedule.

Where does the poop go?

We bag it and place it into your trash bin.

Where do you service?

We currently service Erie County.

What are your prices?

Once a week – $55
Twice a week – $70
Three times a week – $85

How often am I billed?

Billing is weekly.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

You can cancel anytime through our secure customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No hidden fees.

Do you bring your own bags and tools?

Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with bags and scooping tools.

What happens in bad weather?

We work rain or shine. During heavy snowfall, service may be delayed and rescheduled. If conditions last multiple days, we’ll issue a credit or refund.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

No. Cancel anytime. If you cancel mid-week, you’ll still be charged for and receive that week’s service.

What if I forget to unlock my gate or put out my trash bin?

Please provide us with a gate code or leave a key in a safe spot. Trash bins should already be accessible outside.

Do you offer one-time cleanings?

No. We only offer weekly subscriptions (once, twice, or three times per week).
